Let LIFE surprise you
I woke up this morning to a wave of new year wishes everywhere (none of them personalized for me though, at least not yet, but hey we live in the social media times where everything comes in bulk).
Then I was thinking what to wish others, without sounding cliche… So I wish others what I wish for myself. No lists, no objectives, no resolutions, instead:
A new year driven by curiosity, filled with new discoveries, surprises, possibilities and awe. I will allow myself to experience and experiment more, with less fear of the unknown and of judgement. I will dig deeper for treasures, in my own soul and others’. I will cherish more the miracle that is LIFE on Earth. ❤
Happy New Year , Thank You, and a selfportrait I took at MoMA, a couple of weeks ago (the low shutter speed is intentional). 🙂
Happy new year, Claudia! In the past year (although when I write this we in Peru are still in 2015) I felt fortunate to discover your blog, and with it your passions and thoughts, there is a way, your way, to be yourself that I admire. I’d say I appreciate so much the honesty and transparence you show yourself to us, your readers.
Hoping you are having a nice time and a great year ahead ^^
Greetings from Peru.

Happy New Year Francis! Thank you so much for your kind words and continous support. To be honest there were numerous times this past year I had doubts and I questioned what I’m doing here, and is words like yours that give me back the confidence. Thank you again, all the best from Dallas 🙂

Machado, a Spanish poet, would say “you the walking, there is no path… the path is making itself by your own footsteps” I think time tell us the essence of what we do. I am not sure in what direction your path is going to go, but I’ll be happy to walk with you as a reader/viewer.
