Going wide
Finally I got myself a wide-angle lens for my Fujifilm X-T1 (the xf 14mm 2.8 – there is a sale going on right now on this lens on Adorma, Amazon, Best Buy), and these are some of the first images I experimented with. First impressions: I love the wide-angle (obviously), the clarity and sharpness, the fact that the lens is so small and light. It is really impressive how close it can focus and I like that so much. The downside is that it needs a lot of light, especially that usually when shooting wide-angle you want a small aperture. I’m not a fan of tripods, but I can’t wait to try this lens on landscape with a tripod.
